Workshops in Secondary Schools
We have extensive experience in running workshops from dance and drama workshops, to working with students to put on a showcase. We can also support GCSE, BTEC, A Level, Diploma and Degree courses in dance, drama and performing arts.
Zoe Jackson, founder of Living the Dream, has also played an integral role on re-developing the BTEC dance and performing arts course and can offer inspirational talks and careers advice.
We have found that our students respond extremely positively to working in a youth-led environment with more freedom to express themselves and grow in talent, confidence and self-esteem with our vibrant, young and talented team of teachers. Our trained teachers at Living the Dream are aged 21-26 and all have up to date CRB checks.
“Living the Dream is a fantastic organisation which engages young people in positive activities through the arts. We awarded them the First Steps Quality Mark which identifies and highlights the high standards of practice they have place whilst working with young people.” – Hardeep Liddar, Pro-Action District Co-ordinator
